CLUB ORGANIZER: SCRG “Tea Dance” and “Tea Sport 2018” with the cooperation of the Bulgarian Rhythmic Gymnastics Federation, Gorna Malina Municipality, and Elin Pelin Municipality. 

LOCATION: Sports complex "Gorna Malina" - village of Gorna Malina, village. Gorna Malina is located 30 km from the center of Sofia

ACCOMMODATION: Additionally, you will receive the names of the hotels to make a reservation.

DELEGATION and CLASSIFICATION: 2-3 Coaches, 1 referee per day (required).

•  Individually: unlimited number of participants, two athletes from each club per category and age enter the ranking.
• Ensemble: unlimited number of ensembles, two ensembles from each club per category and age enter the ranking. 

PARTICIPATION FEE: 

• 50 euro per competitor
• 100 euro – fee for an absent judge per day

Participation fee is transferred by bank transfer to the host club. 

The participation fee is paid in two installments. First tranche with the basic request of 20 euros per participant. Second tranche with the name request of 30 euros per participant. We sent our bank account after your Preliminary entry. 

In case of refusal of participation, the paid participation fees are not refunded. However, upon payment of the full fee, the dropout child receives a gift. participation fees paid are not refundable. Upon payment of the full fee, the dropout child receives a gift.

AWARDING: from 1st to 3rd place - cups, medals, certificates from 4th to 8th place - diplomas

All participants will receive gifts.

• Prize fund for individual and ensembles in the Elite category
• Awarding will be by ages and categories.
• Awarding will be done after each category.
• Awarding will be done by sports teams.

ACCREDITATION: On arrival on race day, a club representative must report to the accreditation office in the race hall to receive team credentials, race program and start sheets.

All competitors and coaches enter through the OFFICIAL ENTRY with the specific documents.

PARENT ACCESS

Enter through the OFFICIAL ENTRANCE of the hall. Parents are not allowed in the competition area and through the OFFICIAL ENTRANCE.

REGISTRATION:

• Preliminary entry: 20.02.2023g.
• Definitive entry: 10.03.2023g.
• Music no later then: 10.04.2023 g.
